Overview
ONDRI stands for Ontario Neurodegenerative Disease Research Initiative. It is funded by the government of Ontario Canada to study how dementia affects the healthcare system, as well as ways to improve sick people's lives.
We collaborated with ONDRI on different knowledge translation projects in order to convert their complex research into simple visuals to be shared with the scientific community and government employees.
Our role
Our task was to identify turn a technical process of data quality assurance and control into a humanized, engaging visual with easy read through.
Achievements
1. Designed clear language infographic
2. Collaborate with programmer to understand feasibility of ideas to translate a flat infographic into an interactive, animated landing page.
3. Resolved challenges that arose from working with a built in WordPress template
